When I begin this journey I was already very discouraged. My biological time clock had already declared war on my body! It has been a nightmare!  Getting started on the Weight Watchers meal plans and meetings was a great start to a lifelong, life style change. Learning to eat the right foods at the right portions has been a challenge, but I’ll get it balanced out soon enough.

Because of the changes I am experiencing physically, the best thing I’ve found so far is perseverance! I love the fact that it’s warm enough now to actually get outside and walk in the warm sunshine. Although walking in the inclement weather had its challenges! I’ve been encouraged and motivated to keep going no matter what the scales say!

My encouragement to you all is never give up!
