Welcome to My Wayland Wellness 2011-2012

 As a member of the Wayland family, you are part of an organization that truly cares about each individual.  One way we hope to make a positive impact is by promoting ways to lead a healthy lifestyle.

Thousands of pounds have been lost, goals have been reached, and lives have been changed forever since we began the My Wayland Wellness program in September of 2009. We are excited to bring to you a new look, a new portal, new challenges, and new goals for this New Year! The new wellness cycle will begin August 1st 2011 and go through May 31st 2012.

All benefit eligible employees, their spouses, and children may participate in this exciting program.  In addition, all full-time, benefit eligible employees are qualified to receive incentives for participating and reaching the required point goals.

New Hire Information

If you are a New Hire and just getting started in Wayland Wellness, please follow these simple steps to get involved!

1. Click the yellow Login/Register button at the top of your screen. 

 

 

 

2. New users will click on "Let's Get Started" under "First Time Users" and complete the required information.

(Employee ID# will be the first four letters of your last name (ALL CAPS) and the last four digits of your Social Security Number)

 

3. New Hires will need to Complete a Health Risk Assessment within 30 days of your date of hire.

(Go to the Health Risk Assessment tab on left column for more information) 

 

 

4. Point Requirements for New Hires:

     If you were hired before December 31st, 2011, you will be required to earn 600 points.

     If you were hired after December 31st, 2011, you will be required to earn 300 points.
