Q: If I am participating in the Road Trip Challenge, can I still count those miles in the Wayland Walking Challenge?

A: Yes – the Wayland Walking Challenge is for self-assessment and the Road Trip Challenge is for team competition

Q: If I don’t register for Wayland Within can I still do the quarterly education?

            A: Yes – you will still earn 25 points for completing the quiz on nutrition education

Q: Where do I find the nutrition education?

A: Go to www.mywaylandwellness.com under “Catch The Flame” click on education.

Q:  Do I have to get a passing grade on the education quiz to earn the points?

            A: Yes – you must pass with an 80% or better to receive the team points.

Q: How do I find out who is on my Wayland Within team?

A: list of team members will be on the website www.mywaylandwellness.com

Q: If I do more than 1 hour of community service will I earn more points?

A: No - you must complete at least one hour of community service and the maximum number of points earned is 25.

Q: What community service events can I do?

            A: Please go to your website for the official list of community service events.

Q: If I am not participating in the wellness program can I still join the Wayland Within Challenge?

A: If you are eligible for wellness you can still register and join the Wayland Within Challenge to help your team.

Q: If I participate in coaching sessions will I need to make an additional call for the Wayland Within coach call?

A: No, but make sure to tell your coach that this call needs to be recorded for Wayland Within. It will also go towards your 8 coaching sessions.

Q: When I have finished my community service where do I turn in the completion form?

A: please turn in the forms to the wellness champions. Each wellness champion will send   iaWellness a list of those who have completed the community service.

Q: Will there be two teams like last year?

            A: No – this year there will be four teams.

Q: When will the teams be divided?

A: iaWellness will be dividing the teams when registration is closed. An email will be sent telling you that Wayland Within Teams are available to view.
