What is a Wellness Champion?

Wellness Champions are a select group of employees who are committed to helping their campus become healthier.  These individuals will keep you informed about the latest Wayland Wellness challenges and events, and will provide encouragement and motivation.  If you have any ideas about how to make your campus healthier or more physically active, please contact your wellness champion.
